Pet First Aid Kit

The Pet First Aid Kit provides aid and comfort to an injured pet before you can get veterinary attention.

PLEASE NOTE THIS KIT IS NOT AN ALTERNATIVE TO VETERINARY TREATMENT.

Contains:

SALINE PODS - 20ml x 2These are snap top and the contents can be used safely to wash dirt and debris from eyes or other parts - simply wipe away excess fluid with a gauze swab or paper handkerchief.

MEDIUM DRESSINGS x 2To cover an injury. These have the bandages attached", but do not fasten tightly. Use the micro porous tape if additional retention is needed.

FOIL BLANKET x 1 Use this to wrap your pet on the journey to the vets. It will provide warmth.

GAUZE SWOBS x 5Use these for cleaning up fluid or for wiping after application of a saline solution.

MICROPORUS TAPE x 1This is useful to hold dressings or bandages in place.

CONFORMING BANDAGE x 1If a sprain is suspected, use this around the limb and fasten with tape.

GLOVES x 2 pairsWear these gloves when attending an injured pet.

PLASTIC POUCHES x 4These are intended to wrap around a dressed foot injury and fasten with tape.

ALCOHOL FREE CLEANSING WIPES x 4Use these to wipe a wound carefully before applying the dressing.
